Refund Policy

All sales at Beauty & Pain Studios are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for clothing, accessories, or booking deposits due to a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through Beautyandpain.shop with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

If we cannot fulfill or ship your order, or a refund is otherwise required by law, we will issue the applicable refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
